Mentoring Young Men

Kappa League.

The Kappa Leadership & Development League. Where young men of high school age sharpen their leadership, anchor their academics, and step into the work of community.

About the Program

A national service program with a local charge.

Guide Right is Kappa Alpha Psi’s national service program, created to inspire, mentor, and prepare young men for success in every area of life.

Under this banner, the Kappa Leadership & Development League works specifically with high school–aged young men, helping them discover and strengthen their leadership skills.

Through education, mentoring, and real-world experiences, the League equips participants to lead with character, excel academically, and contribute meaningfully to their communities, preparing them to thrive in every phase of human endeavor.

The Fraternal Purpose

Kappa League provides both challenging and rewarding experiences to enhance their lives. Since the fundamental purpose of Kappa Alpha Psi is achievement, it is the Fraternity’s primary purpose to help these young men achieve worthy goals for themselves, and make constructive contributions to their community when they assume leadership roles.
